HI, my shoulders are still in a lot of pain. It was awesome whne I opened those e-mails I actually got hit with energy. I thought I was getting drunk in the Spirit! I wish I had sat there as long as it was coming, but I didn't. Reiki people have sent me energy & I never feel it.
The problem with my eyes I have found out is a thyroid problem. I am getting some liquid Dulse (iodine) sometime next week, but in the meantime... It's just so sad I was just learning QT & I can't reach any of these areas because it hurts! Ah, the irony.
Ali- if you know of anybody who knows QT in my area who will take a charity case ... I can handle everything but the shoulders. I feel so useless!

You don't need to reach your shoulders. You can send energy from the third eye with intentions toward your shoulders. Or you can run colors or healing white light (contains all colors) or place yourself/shoulder in your hands and run energy as usual into your hands.
