Oh, and you know what?

I think I just realized that the pain my body experiences is a way to tell me that the rest of me (psych, mental & spiritual being and whatever else we are made of [what else are we anyway?]) still has unresolved issues... Like, sore back, yeast infection, maybe even issues with a family member... You see, I do stil have fear that what good I have now will all go to $#!T or something... And I have to remind myself that "it is good to feel good" as abraham-hicks says, and voicing gratitude, too. And also, I think that what is good is naturally flowing into my life as I type, regardless of any of my premeditated effort, and that any push against this good flow, like bad foresight into the future, just makes the happiness and stuff that is already coming to me be postponed... Hehe...

Great realizations, Rebecca! You're a star! Keep it all on the boil, as they say over here!

Today I requested QT CHI to recover from a cold and a sore shoulder. I laid down for some time and felt my shoulder getting warmer. Later my nose started running and now I can breathe freely.

Hello, hello It is crispy cold in Alberta right now, that is for sure...

Well, I have taken about 4 QT CHI sessions in the last week and a half, and sent some to friends and family members too.

Hmm... Well... I have realized that I need to ... relax. I think I have worked to improve myself, make changes, learn more, that it is time to rest and enjoy where I am. No need to put effort into what I want except if it is spontaneous and born naturally.

Anyway I have finallllllllls to write. Which me luck!

Just a question , maybe a stupid one. The phrase for requesting Qt chi sessions has to be stated in english ? i know it sounds stupid but i'm italian , and i can't find a good tranlsation in my language for the statements so i thought i may leave it in english and let the work begin..am i right ?

No, it's actually a good question. No, you don't have to ask in English, but the acronym itself should still be pronounced "Que Tee Chee". Enjoy!

GAK! How did I miss this post?! So sorry I didn't respond! I hope you figured out to just ask for the session: it doesn't have to come "through" anybody, as every session comes "through" the collective intention of all participants in the QT CHI every time.

But if you are still feeling oogie: may you receive a QT CHI session today and every day since you asked on the 2nd!
