My son in the military is in desparate need of healing emotionally. At the present he needs help for his infected eye which the doctors can't seem to help. However, the emotional scars from war are great and he needs some peace and joy. His family is also suffering as a result. His name is Tim. Thank you.

I will continue to send to your Tim. QT is wonderful for relaxing and releasing trauma. I would be willing to bet that the eye is linked in to his emotional state. Will concentrate on that aspect. The emotional scars of war have far reaching effects. It is vital he gets Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome help as well which is something he is most probably suffering from. If you read the book "Quantum Touch - The Power to heal" you will learn techniques for helping your son as well which can free you from worry because you feel like you are doing something concrete to help. There are many silent angels who will put Tim on their healing lists. It will help if you regularly update the board on the progress he is making and keep this thread going. It is really hard to see your son suffer. So often they don't want to talk and all you can do is love them. Now you can support him him with QT as well. LOrs of love Wendy "Expect miracles" |

Thank you for your prompt reply and your concern. The main problem is that he doesn't see that he has a PTSS problem. This is typical of those returning from the war zone. He is a very sensitive man but also very reticent. He has been unable to talk about his experiences with any one. He is surrounded by such deep depression and anger it is so diffucult to get any light through. His wife has had enough with his outbursts and I am concerned for their marriage. He is so closed off at the moment. I am hoping that through QT someone will be able to break through the barrier so that he will be able to realize that he needs help and he will be able to ask for it.

My son was discharged from the Army after 4 years with no combat duty. The worst day of my life was when I was told he'd have to go to Iraq. The best day of my life was the day I learned he didn't have to go after all. Whew!!! I don't want to imagine what it would be like had he actually had to go.

I talked with Tim's wife, Gaby, briefly Friday night. His eye appears to be better but the tension in the house is still very bad. Thank you all for your help. If you can, please keep them in your thoughts. I strongly sense that this is some sort of crisis for him. Thank you.
