I'm undergoing lots of naturopathic healing regimes right now for my CFS/ME and I'm feeling really dodgy in my digestive system.

There has been a big emotional upset with the family which hasn't helped. At present I'm feeling very dizzy and nauseas in waves and struggling to eat many foods.

any help with this will be graciously received.

It could be that you are de-toxing and that your body is struggling to remove all the toxins at once - maybe? Don't forget to drink lots of water.

Hope you feel much better soon. I am recovering from CFS/ME too. I believe that each one of us with this 'dis-ease' faces our own unique set of challenges, and we must each find and follow our own way 'out'.

Perhaps you could try EFT or TAT to help you deal with the emotional issues within your family? Any way that you can re-balance your system will help and you probably know that emotions are HUGE in determining health or dis-ease. (If you don't know EFT or TAT, you can find info at EFT and at TAT)

Jo, Yes, I'm aware of TAT and EFT and used them for a while. Now I have other methods of dealing with the energeitc blocks. It's not escaped my notice the symptoms have increased this week. It's a combination of the effects of the treatments, over eating fats due to being scared of further weight lose and the emotional tumoil. I'm at peace with God about it, but it's still hard.

Thank you all for your help. I'm feeling somewhat better now. The family meeting was blessed also. We all recognised the things we have in common rather than the things that were keeping us apart. I hope further healing grows from it.
