I woke up in the night unable to move without pain. This has been an issue every now and again for years. Occasionally, it flares up. Last night it did. I could barely get out of bed. I can walk -- very carefully. I'm sitting with support of my elbows at the moment. I have month end close to complete by Monday, the annual budget to complete by Friday, people to coordinate to complete our computer network (deadline was yesterday), along with all the regular stuff. One of my ladies is out sick, recovering from surgery. That's 1/3 of my team. Clearly, any inability is unacceptable, especially now. Please send what you can. Thank you!! I feel somewhat better already in just asking -- amazing.

Thank you all for your support. Thanks a couple of you for your PMs. My back's feeling good but I'm cautious for the morning. I've been a little stiff in the mornings and it works itself out by the time I'm done with showering and getting dressed. I'm going to lie down and do a session for myself now -- one hour -- like I'd do for anyone else I cared about. I'm calling in QT CHI so thank you in advance all who have offered themselves for that. Alright... got some work in, though only about 15 minutes from 1:45-2:00am EST. I tacked it on after working on my daughter for about 45 minutes, so I felt good and charged (I'm actually getting pretty psyched by how intensely I'm able to feel the energy now).

In hopes it helps, I offered up energy mainly to the muscles around your lumbar spine, the ridge of your pelvis and your sacrum. I also briefly worked up to the base of your skull.

Not sure what it means, but interestingly, while I was working, I felt a twinge just below the left side of my own occipital and when I got to the imagery of offering the energy near yours, my hand felt conspicuously "dead" of energy on the right side and more energized on the left. Take that for what it's worth and you'd know better than I what it might mean, if anything!

Anyway, here's to hoping you wake up feeling better in the morning!

Thank you Tim. I did feel better this morning than last. Not complete relief but better. What you experienced seems exactly right with how my lower back is feeling. Not sure about the occipital though. Hmmm, though I did go to bed with a headache.... Thanks again.

It's doing it again. I think I've found the trigger. I stood around for an hour at the park tonight. Monday night, I stood around at the healing circle for an hour. Please send more. Thank you again.

I realized Monday night that the sciatica that I'd asked for help with for well over a year has disappeared. I'm not sure at what point it disappeared but it did. I'm expecting the same results here. I'll continue to ask and sooner than later, I'll just realize that it's gone.

I feel free, mobile, and energetic. I enjoy flexibility, strength, and support in my entire body.
