This is a request for Quantum-Touch for a college student, Bret Melenboch in Tennessee. He was in a motorcycle accident night before last and has multiple serious injuries. However, the most severe and life threatening is a brain shear. We understand that to mean that part of his brain has been detached from the rest of his brain.
