Hi Fambly, another request,

I went to Qi gong practice last night and a friend I know showed up. Her name is Helmi and she has been suffering from a brain tumor for 15 years. She has had many brain surgeries but they cannot actually remove all the tumor each time because of its location. Her last surgery was a year and a half ago. She said in the summer that she was having problems with speech again and that finally she got a diagnosis that the tumor is pressing against a part of her brain that she might lose all feeling of her nerves in her right side. She is so brave and has been so positive through all of this but admitted to being very stressed this past week and scared.

Any healing you could send her way would be much appreciated. I just wrap her in a warm healing blanket of love. She continuously amazes me with her fortitude and ability to meet the challenges in her life. To know her is to be blessed. she has the most beautiful smile.

Thank you Ali, Barb, Jana, Mhari, Holly, and Pinky. Your energy and love are so much appreciated.

When Helmi was first diagnosed they thought she had a year at most. She has the most amazing attitude and when she feels good she is out running and biking and is doing exercise class right now. A year ago in Oct. she had an infection in her brain. They had to remove the plate and she had a tube draining for awhile until they could close it up again. She always seems to pick herself up and keep going. She really is one amazing gal.

I just kept thinking about her all day today. I am in awe of her because she does find a lot of joy and gratitude in her life in spite of everything she has to go through. she has an amazing spirit and is so kind and thoughtful of others.

Many of you were a great help to Laurel,who had a malignant brain tumor at two weeks old.The Drs did not hold much hope.When they operated,the tumor had shriveled,and the tentacles which were spreading had receded.The tumor they removed was benign.The Drs were baffled.

Dheal and Starshine, thank you so much for sending to Helmi. I always think and hope and wish that at some point that tumor would just shrivel and give up for her. I know she has grown and learned through this but enough is enough it seems sometimes.

My friend Helmi is going to have brain surgery yet again on November 15. She didn't look too well the last time I saw her. She has been through so much. any energy you could send her would be appreciated and especially on the day of her surgery. Thanks in advance!
