Thank you Holly and Julie. I really admire Helmi. Her sons were young when she became sick. They don't really know a mother who hasn't been sick.
She just keeps such a positive attitude.

I am sure your healing energy will help to bring her more peace. I was a little worried that last time I saw her as she looked fairly ragged. last time before surgery she went to have a pedicure! Just made her feel better about it all.

I saw Helmi this past Monday and she looks so much better than when I saw her two weeks ago. Her beautiful smile was back. She looked fairly rugged before. thank you so much for sending. I know and see how it is helping her. thank you so much you bright shining stars in Helmi's life and all you others who have been helping Helmi.

I saw Helmi at Qi Gong tonight. She is having brain surgery on the 13th, next Tuesday. A friend and I are going to work on her on Friday to balance her all out before her surgery next Tuesday. Any extra healing you could send her way would be very much appreciated to help her go into surgery as strong as she can be.

Hello you loving Fambly! Some of you have asked Just to let you know......

Helmi's brain surgery is Tuesday the 13 of November at 7:30AM Mountain time. At this point they think she will have to say in the hospital for about five days. She says she definitely welcomes any prayers, healing energy sent her way and to her family.

A friend and I went to give her a session on Friday and it was a very amazing experience. I felt such gratitude to have been there to participate. Well Helmi is just beaming and so excited to have us come. She lays down on the massage table with the most beautiful smile that stays the whole time we are working. I see this golden triangle flowing between all 3 of our hearts. The energy in that room is beyond beyond and feels so sacred. I am trying to stay in the Core Point. I just feel very blessed to have been a part of it. A lovely Tibetan CD of OM is playing. I felt part of something far bigger than myself.


After we left my friend said, you know, I have learned so much from Helmi over the years and the biggest is how to ask for things. I think Helmi's purpose on earth is to be a teacher to others. She is such an inspiration. The past week she has been to Chi Gong, Tai chi, Pilotes and dressed to the nines for the Rumi Evensong celebration. when she feels good she really knows how to enjoy life in spite of so much. She has so such gratitude for life and everyone she comes in contact with.

I stand in awe of the beauty within her!
