As some of you know, things have been pretty bad between my wife and I lately. There are signs that things are improving, but she is really having a hard time battling depression and anxiety. She has scheduled an appointment with a therapist and she has started on new antidepressants, but those usually take several days to begin working.

I know many of you have already sent her energy, and I *really* appreciate it! Please continue to send her energy. She's feeling really bad right now and it's hard for her to stay positive when she feels like her world is falling apart.

hope she picks up soon, depression can be quite hard to deal with but i'm sure she will be fine. I'll keep her on my list for time being. I send at 11am & 10pm U.K time

I hope she'll be okay. It's pretty severe and she's also suffering from anxiety. Her doctor wanted to put her on a very, very powerful antidepressant but they decided to try a different one first.

On a related note, I've been trying to send her loving energy. Last night when I went to bed, I just said to the universe, "Let me be a conduit for loving energy." I kept saying that over and over while I had my hand on Steph's knee. (It just happened to be close to me.)

After about a minute of this, I felt my foot chakras open and I felt like I was sucking in energy from all over, and I could feel it leaving my hand and going into her leg. It really felt like electricity. This went on for a minute or two.

I'll take that as a good sign. I'm really worried about her, though. She just feels so bad. I can't wait to see her happy again.

Me, too, Kimberly! I honestly think that Steph still thinks that we won't be able to pull it off, but I'm trying to stay positive. I think she'll have a different attitude once her depression starts to lift a little.

Even then, we've got a lot of issues to work on. Each of us has a lot of work to do.
