Hello Fambly,

I sent our dear Mhari an email yesterday to see if she had been affected by the bad weather in her part of the country and to find out if she was doing okay. It doesn't sound like the weather has caused a problem for her, but apparently she picked up a bug while she was in Africa during her recent trip abroad, and she is just not feeling very well.

I asked if she would mind if I put a post on the Forum letting people know, and here is what I received back:

Yes, I would appreciate some energy heading my way. I usually am a very healthy person but this has knocked me for a loop. If someone would like to offer I would appreciate it for lungs and for my blood. It feels like it is sludge.

Mhari is also very concerned about Baby Ana because I don't think she feels well enough right now to send to her as she usually does, so our little angel Ana may need a little more energy than usual right now.

I know Mhari is very sensitive to energy, but hopefully she will be able to sign on and let us know if she is receiving more than she would like.

Thank all of you sweet people so much for sending to Mhari. Your efforts have really helped, and this is what I received in an email from her this morning:

OH Thank you so much!!! The energy was so soothing. I actually slept for the first time through last night without hacking my brains out. Thanks to everyone for this precious gift.

From someone who has offerred so much to so many here, Mhari will no doubt greatly appreciate the continued help from any of you who are able to send. Hopefully we will hear from her soon on the forum, but I don't think she feels quite up to it yet. I will keep you posted on anything I hear from her.
