If you could, would you send some healing soothing energy to my co worker Sonja Howatt. She has had a very trying week with so many tests one of which they had to repeat because she panicked.

Sonja has been going the rounds of DR's and specialists since a routine physical and blood test showed blood in the urine last September. they discovered a spot on her pancreas and all this week were trying to see how the endocrine system is working and if it might be cancerous . she has had various scans and radio active isotopes. On on sacn the scanner was talking her through everything but then she left and a different scanner did the last portion and went over her head very close to her face and Sonja who suffers from Claustrophobia totally lost it. they had to repeat the procedure yesterday and her husband went with her to driver her home as they were going to have to sedate her this time.

She was already looking so stretched the little she has been into work this week. It is getting close to exam time and Sonja has been marking at the hospital while waiting. these tests couldn't come at a worst time.

she has to have surgery on the 20th of Feb to remove the spot. It is a bit complicated and if he spleen is damaged in the process they will have to take it out too.

Sonja just doesn't feel good and has a lot of nausea. I have been sending her energy throughout but after this week I think a little extra help is needed.

There are only 3 of us in our little Outreach program and my other co-worker will have surgery in May. It will be a challenging time for us this year.

Sonja's husband Jeff looks really stressed too. He is our high school's guidance councellor. Sonja had two young kids in elementary school.

Anyway any extra love and healing and prayers you could send to hem would be appreciated.

You are so compassionate. I know this is a strain on you as well. That is so unfortunate about the tests, and I can only imagine how terrified she is if she is worried about having pancreatic cancer. I'll send energy to Sonja, her husband Jeff, and you, as well.

Karen there is a accupressurepoint on the inside of the arm at the Pinky side, against Nausea. You find it by going 4 fingers downwards from the transverse crease of the wrist. Just under the 4th finger is the accupressure point I think it is connected to the Heart meridian and the small intestine is also running there.( the heart meridian has one branche running to the heart and an inner branche running all the way to the small intestines, probably that's why it helps) You press hard there ,change from one arm to the other and if it hurts you are at the right place .This was told to me by an accupuncturist. It's easy to do yourslef. Maybe it helps.

Don't have results of the tests yet but Sonja looked so much better yesterday. Your wonderful loving energy is really helping! She physically looks like a different person. the kids really missed her last week. They all love Sonja so much. Sonja looks more relaxed and is back to kidding around with the kids instead of looking preoccupied so much . She is always good with the kids no matter what the state she is in but you know how it takes a lot of effort when you don't feel well. Yep, it is the relaxed person that is good to see. Bless all of you and the silent senders.

Hi Fambly,

Sonja is a week away from her pancreatic surgery, Feb 20th. Her anxiety level is getting very high. She is under a lot of stress trying to get things tied up at work and worrying about the surgery as it gets closer. Today she had a massive headache that I worked on at work. She was afraid it was turning into a migraine but I think we nipped it.

The surgery will be very extensive with a week to 10 days in the hospital, no food for a week.She has to start the fast on Tuesday. Monday is her birthday. I am hoping to get a session in before her surgery, hopefully on the weekend.

Anyway if you could offer her some nice calming energy it would be much appreciated. She knows I have put her name on the healing requests and wants to thank you so much in advance for your help.

Sonja looked much better today than yesterday. I was quite worried about her yesterday. If she can go into surgery in a calmer manner I know the surgery and recovery will be much better for her. She really is a special person and so full of love. It is her turn to receive now.
