Hi All,

I have just joined the forum and would like to ask a great favor of you all.

My Mother, Catherine has been suffering with acute groin/lower stomach pains for the past months and it really is breaking my heart to see her suffering in pain and not being able to do anyting about it to help her. She deserves so much more than I feel i am giving her, thus my request for help from the members here. She never moans or complains and is a wonderful Mother and my best friend. The main problem is the severe pains in her stomach, the pains do go round t her lower back too but she has osteoarthritis in the back and has suffered with that for over 40 years. If i could just help her with some relief from the pain then that would be fantastic. I bought the Quantum DVD's in order to learn how to give energy in order just to help my Mother but dont seem to be getting anywhere with it at all. The visualization part of seeing and feeling the energy seems very difficult to master for me. Anyway, if anyone can offer help to my Mother i would be eternaly grateful. She is 70 years old.

The obvious first question is: Has she had medical evaluation? What are the findings/diagnosis, if so? And if not, why not?

That being said, I will put your mom on my list for distant sessions. Is she also located in Thailand? Sometimes it is not easy to do energy work on our loved ones, because we are so attached to the outcome. From your letter, it sounds like you are very emotionally attached, which is entirely normal, but if you can detach yourself emotionally from the outcome, even a little, that will likely help you in your efforts.

If you can get into a more "allowing" mindset rather than grasping for a specific outcome, it will really help! There are many Silent Angels here who will be lending a hand. (Hands??) Yes.

Keep working, go to an allowing place, and please keep us posted how it is going. QT is not a substitute for licensed medical care, it is an adjunct....so again, if she has not been evaluated medically, please consider having that done. Many Blessings.

Thanks for the very quick replies.

Yes, we are both living here in Thailand. She has been seen by various doctors in the past regarding her stomach, going back over 25 years ago when she was given a hysterectomy but leaving the ovaries as she was only 42 yo. She has been diagnosed as having acute IBS which, s I am sure you will know is a very painful condition that really cannot be cured by medicine and one which has often been looked down on as "oh, its only IBS" when in fact it does cause excrutiating pain and real symptoms.

As for being detatched, it is very difficult when it is family and very close family at that. Even when my Son gets hurt playing outside or something its certainly not an easy thing to detach yourself of.

Welcome, Andrew!! It is always hard to get the "flow" when you love someone so much - you are attached to the outcome becasue you want it so bad!!! Just offer the energy to her...It will do the necessary. Sometimes it taks time - we never know what the energy may be doing I find when I am too atached that if I visualize myself on the other side of the room, watching, that it allows the flow to start moving.

Hi,

Firstly thanks so much for the healing help that you have all given to my Mother, she has started to feel a little better and the pains actualy ceased for a day and a half but returned in the form of very strong pain in spasms now and again as opposed to constantly.

The healing and knowledge of people here is truly wonderful. I would love to be able to return the love and healing offered by all of you here and to be able to help someone else in pain/need one day.

Thanks again from both me and my Mother, she is not quite there yet but definitely getting there.
