approximately a year and a half ago i swallowed a chicken bone.... a week or so later i went to the emergency room, because it became pretty intolerable.... sevral x-rays showed nothing... Doc suggested i see a ENT or something... i can't really afford to tho... and am still paying for the emergency room visit

it is a year and a half later... and i can still feel it... although i forget about it most of the day... i'd really like to solve this issue some how

i realize all illness stems from the mind... and can be cured by it as well

This may not be appropriate in your case, but you might try it just in case (a technique from Jin Shin Jyutsu): cross your arms and hold your palms to the inside corners of the creases behind your knees. (The point you're accessing is a half-inch or inch just below that, but there's a 3" radius to the energy center involved so it's not crucial you be exactly on it.) That's it! Just hold - adding the QT breathing would give this technique a boost. I would hold for at least 20 minutes.

This is something used in Jin Shin for choking as an alternative to the Heimlich maneuver - so if it has grown into the tissues, it may not help - then again, who knows...
