You're going to think my whole family is falling apart! My younger brother just found out he has cataracts and he's blown away. I figure eyes are easy, they respond so well to healing, so I've set him up with a full range program:

1) Eye drops for cataracts, from the health food store.

2) Eye health supplements, from the health food store.

3) Improved diet, reduced salt, and no alcohol. These are important factors in forming cataracts.

4) Eye movement exercises.

5) QT sessions, in person and distant.

If you can think of anything to add to this program, please let me know. We want to avoid surgery if at all possible. Also, please let me know if anyone has had experience with reversing cataracts with energy work.

Hi Randy, tell your brother that having cataracts is normal. I was surprised when doc told me, 2 years back that I have cataracts but not too much of it. He told me that everybody , after 45 years have it. It begins at that age. Mine is ok, maybe due to QT, because when we run QT we also have the benefit of QT.

How about his cindition, is it to severe?

Mr. Wilson, Mark's cataract condition is not too bad but his vision has been bothering him for about a year before going to get a check up. He thought it was his glasses! Thank you for sharing your experience, I'll let Mark know!

I feel confident that he will make fast improvement with the program he's on and the QT energy work!
