I'm new to Quantum Touch and have just recently completed my first workshop with the Riggs in Coquille, Oregon.....(was a terrific experience). This is my first time using the forum so here goes.

I tripped yesterday and landed on my right knee on a concrete slab outside. I've been running energy ever since but need help. Still painful and can barely walk as my knee is swollen an won't bend.

I seem to have developed some kind of lump in the ball of my foot with very sharp shooting pains. My thoughts are maybe bone spur? Anyhow, it seems to be slowly reducing in size and pain. Could use a little help with that as well.

Yesterday I posted about my knee injury.

As I woke up this morning I thought, hmmmm, I think I feel some energy. AsI lay there in the waking process, the energy got stronger and stronger so I turned over and looked at the clock. It was 6:42 am.

It felt really good so my thanks to whomever was helping me. I don't know what your focus and intent was but I would like to tell you what I experienced.

Most of the time it felt like my Chakras were being targeted starting with my 1st Chakra then it progressed to the 2nd and then my Solar Plexus. Then it moved to my knee and then it went to my left foot.

Later I felt more going on with my first 3 Chakras. Whoever was running the energy runs very strong energy.

The last thing I remember was softer more subtle energy going to my heart Chakra and then I fell asleep. It was wonderful.

I have felt energy off and on all day long. Most of it was softer and more subtle and again I wanted to fall asleep.

There was one more time during the day that I felt some really powerful energy like matching the intensity of what I felt first thing this morning.

To everyone who helped me. Thanks you very much. I wanted to give you feed back on your efforts so that you will be encouraged and uplifted. It's my gift back to you.

The swelling in my knee is reducing and the pain has lessened and I can get around easier than yesterday.

If you can bear with me and continue helping me for another day I would really appreciate it.

I'll check in again tomorrow to let you know how it goes. I'm expecting to be coming out on the other side of the injury by the end of tomorrow with glowing reports all around.

That's good news, Sharon. So glad you're feeling better, and I hope tomorrow works out just as you've planned.

It's hard to say whose energy that was, but it's great that you're feeling it. A lot of people send without posting.

I also saw your other post, and wanted to let you now that one of the little icons to the lower right of a post will let you either edit or delete it. So you can delete that other post if you would like. I often edit posts after the fact when I notice a misspelled word -- which happens often.

wow, you are pretty sensitive to energy! I usually just feel muscle twitches all over May you recover soon!

Wow, It's been 4 days since I wacked my knee and 3 days since I posted my healing request.

The swelling in down considerably. I can fully extend my leg now and can bend it but not all the way yet. I can walk without pain. There is minor discomfort from muscles being a bit stiff in my calf.

The problem in my foot isn't resolving like I'd hoped yet but I know it will.

Thanks to everyone. QT is amazing and all who participate truly exceptional. I'm so greatful for your help.

Sorry I'm a little late with my post. I just wanted to thank everyone for their help. I'm in no pain and although my knee doesn't bend as completely as it did before my fall, I'm very happy with the result.

My foot problem seemed to take a little longer to resolve. However, I'm painfree there as well now although I can still feel a bit of a lump.
