Thor is 14 today! I weren't sure we were going to make it with all he has been through.

Thor basically can't walk. We are trying some new gemmo therapy on him which are different herbal tinctures.

Please keep him on your lists for overall general good health and spine healing. Mhari says his left leg hurts him at night in particular lately so maybe some nerves are regenerating. I don't know. Otherwise he his pretty happy self except he hates the heat.

That is amazing for a large dog. I imagine he is enjoying being spoiled today. He has been part of our fambly for so long. Thanks for sharing him with us! HE is such an inspiration to me as are you. Your little circle of love with your little family,you give so much to those in your little family. They must truly feel all your love and devotion.

Update on the big guy. Thor's right leg is not working at all and his left is quite weak. Overall he is eating pretty good and seems to have adjusted to his new situstion. I will monitor his quality of life though. I don't mind the extra work I just want him to be content.
Right now he is still interested in everything especially his little border collie girls that we got a year ago and they just love him to pieces
Thor needs to be boarded Monday morning to Wednesday afternoon so if you can send a little extra then. Mom is a little apprehensive about boarding since this is the first time he can't walk on his own. He will be at his vet's so I know they will keep an eye on him and they have promised to give him the extra care he needs.

Thor is at the vet's. His right hind leg swelled up last night. I think it is an infection. He will be boarded now to Wednesday QT dog Thor may be getting close to joining QT dog Bandit but he is still eating and drinking and acting as usual except he is a little quieter because of the infection. I don't know if I will be able to update you as I am leaving town. Please keep the energy going. I hate to lose him when I am not there but I am thinking positively.

Just saw Thor. His leg is still swollen. The vet
covering today thought it was because he is laying on it and not using it (NOT!) but she is continuing antibiotics. His regular vet will be in the AM. He looked pretty alert and tried to get up when he saw me.

I told him everyone is sending healing energy and he licked my hand.

Won't have computer access until I am back on Wednesday.
