Lani had a second surgery this Tuesday for some complications. She should be out of the hospital in about 4 days with 6 months expected recovery time after that. Her partner, Jess, is quite stressed and their finances are stressed as well.

Here's an update on Lani. She was finally released from the hospital last Friday. Her partner has kept us updated on her status and says she's still not up for visitors. I stopped by for a couple of minutes anyway to give her a visual healing focus and some much needed cash. She's able to get around the house a little bit by herself but she tires very easily. I told her that I'd taken an energy healing workshop over the weekend and she's my first guinea pig, that I'd send her healing energy every day. She is very appreciative and receptive to it.

Lani called me tonight. She's sounding so much better. She was able to go out to dinner last night with friends. She was exhausted afterwards but she was able to do it and enjoyed herself. She went without her cane because she doesn't like what it represents. She says she can feel the healing energy that another friend and I send to her. She had one complaint. She can't paint yet. Her partner caught her trying to throw away all her paints in frustration. She had mentioned that her surgeon had undergone the same surgery a couple of years ago. I pointed out that he had the strength and dexterity to do her surgery, that surely she'd also regain her strength and dexterity for the ability to paint. That hadn't occurred to her. Still too many drugs, I think. ;-) It was great to hear from her; she's a giver and a lover even in her pain. More energy for Lani, for Jess, her partner, and for their finances, please. Thank you!!

I just got a text message from Lani. She's back in the hospital. The good news is that she's able to text. Please continue to send healing energy.
