I've been told that someone attending the SC Workshop in Tallahassee on 7 and 8 October asked if the Holiday Inn was walking distance to Lichgate. According to the comedian, Stephen Wright, "Everywhere is walking distance, if you have the time."

In this case, however, the Holiday Inn is 2.6 miles from Lichgate - still not a long walk, but something to consider, depending on how energetic you feel.

Thank you, Rick, for working to put this workshop together. The venue was sooo wonderful! I'm glad I didn't cancel to go to the one that was closer to my home. Lichgate is one of my new 'happy places.' It was a pleasure to meet you in person and to spend the weekend with the other wonderful workshop attendees. Deborah is incredible. I could listen to her voice forever.

Star and I bumped into each other at a rest stop about 2 hours south of Tallahassee. Too funny!!

It was my pleasure. The weekend was close to magical. Lichgate was like hangin' out in a fairy tale house, complete with a brief discussion about fairies.

Lichgate was named after the gates of medieval England, which separated the world of the living from the world of the dead. I feel like I've walked through SOME kind of gate. I'm noticing that something has shifted within me since then. Not a physical shift, but a shift in consciousness, like I'm more aligned with my goals. I'm going to start referring to last weekend as my "Supercharging Transformation" class.

Thanks to QT admin for allowing the class to be in Tallahassee, and blessings to Deborah for starting her Friday at 4 a.m., flying over the pond, and staying awake until 1 a.m. the next morning. If I ever have to schedule a flight like that, I'll check myself in as baggage. At least I'll be able to lay down and sleep in a dark room for most of the flight
