This isn't a healing story really, just a playing story. The other morning I woke up but my arm didn't. I was in a funny position and my arm was feeling pins and needles from shoulder to finger tips. I was going to adjust position to release the tingles but I suddenly wondered if I could get the flow going without moving. So I focused my attention on the flow running through my arm. It was seconds until my arm returned to normal, with the pins and needle feeling entirely gone. Fun stuff!
