This is from my cousin in Greece, she was suffering from depression, having trouble with her eating habits, and was in with a bad crowd. Her mom asked me to do weekly sessions for her.

I'm Alexandra from Greece.

At first I want to thank you for your precious help. Since you began to work with me by sending me good energy, my whole life has changed.

Since the beginning, I have enjoyed every moment,because life is too short to waste it. I've gone on vacations, celebrated, made new friends and came in contact with old ones. I relaxed myself and cleared totally my mind.

Now as it's examination period I've started to learn and concentrate on the goals I made for my future. The next year is going to be very hard (I will have to study a lot for the University and I want to take also the Proficiency in English, maybe also to start learning French). But I see only chances in the horizon, which I have to use in order to go mentally further. My mum told you about my fears. Although I had no time to work them out, I'm not so afraid anymore. I try to do my best and the result is not so important as the trying.

And another very important thing: my self confidence exists now! Before I always felt that I wasn’t so valuable as other people. But the value you have is that you and the people that love you give you. Furthermore, I needed always (until now) someone to lay on. I felt too weak to control my life. And the biggest mistake I made was that I didn't search for help in
my family. I tried to substitute my family with other people, and I always picked the wrong ones. I know now that your family will always be there for you and love you.

I believe that in all these you have played a big role. Especially in the beginning I felt the power you send to me, which made me stronger and helped me a lot.

Yes, receiving this email made my month!! I'm just so tickled over her great progress. I forgot to mention that she told me she's now eating the most she has in her entire life, and her stomach is accepting the food just fine.
