The group of wonderful people in chat last night held a little meditation healing for me and I tell you, over the next 2 hours I went from having a real weight on my chest and spastic coughing fits to being able to breathe deeply and easily...and no more coughing.

Even felt well enough to send energy to another friend. Still going strong this morning.

At the time I was suffering from the persistent cough from a bad cold. I've never really had asthma, but I can tell you that I haven't had any more breathing or coughing problems since that night!
