Hi Ya'll---I finished reading the book last week and had been practicing running my energy for a few days, but then I got what is crossed between the flu and a bad cold, can't figure out which? Anyway have been down with it for about 5 days now, first time really sick in over 10 years. I tried runnning energy the first few days, didn't help much, then this morning I started running enrgy while in bed. The results were amazing, my whole body started shaking as energy blockages were released. I used to do Jin Shin Do acupressure, and to get just to get one energy blockage released in a one hour session is kind of a big deal, but to have it go on for about five minutes was really something! Especially when working on myself. Not much change in my cold/flu, until a few hours later when one of my cats jumped into my lap, and I started running energy into her, then the other 2 cats jumped on and they were all trying to get some! I made them all take a turn, and you would think they all got some Alaska cat nip! Anyway, shortly after that my symtems started going away, and now 3 hours later I feel like I should have went into work today. This Quatum touch works, just a little different than I had expected. That's great to hear that you're feeling better. This stuff really amazes me each time but yet it feels so real, so natural and so "right." I can only wonder what else our human mind/body/spirit is capable of but we're just not aware of yet -- kind of interesting don't you think?
