This isn't a healing story but it's surely something. This morning I went to the beauty shop for a perm. For at least 5 years, I've been getting a Biolage perm using the peach rollers. I can't see past my nose without my glasses so I sit there doing nothing for the 25 minutes that it takes for the perm to set. I took a Basic Workshop 2 weeks ago. I decided that I would use that 25 minutes to run energy. It's a great use of 25 minutes, right? What a surprise!! My hair turned out sooooo curly!!!! The only thing different was running energy. Amazing!!! I'm going to run energy the next time, too, but I'll ask for larger perm rods.
