A week ago on Wednesday I was coming in from outside, shoeless, and as I came in the door I missed getting my right foot over the threshold and smashed three of my toes, head on into it. Boy did that hurt, I'll tell you. Well this is not the first time I've done that. It seems to be a yearly ritual (one I'd love to quit doing).

I was in a lot of pain, but had a million things to do so I only did about 2 minutes of QT on it and hobbled out the door. It hurt some, but as the day went on it got much, much worse. So bad I could hardly walk by the end of the day.

I had my husband do about 15 minutes on it when I got home. The next morning it was only sore to the touch and ever so slightly sore when I walked.

We had a really big weekend this last weekend at a two day expo, which requires standing almost continually for 8-10 hours. When we got to the hotel room I knew my toe wasn't healed enough to take standing all that time. So, I stuck my foot in my husband's face and asked for QT while we watched TV. He ran QT for quite some time. The next morning I got up put on my shoes and no pain at all! Yippee I was all set for the expo. Stood for all the hours I needed and never even a twinge.

When I have hurt my toes this bad in the past (one was actually bleeding a little) it has taken at least two weeks for the toe to heal well enough for me to walk normally. I'll no longer have to suffer that way again. (Now if I could just stop my once a year ritual, LOL. Big Grin)

Hi Debra, yesterday I went to a friend's home, she has pneumonia, And run QT on her, she couldn't breath, after one hour she was feeling much better, with no pain in the lungs.
I noticed that she was limping, she told me that after a race, 7 miles, due to her new tennis her toes, 3 of them were hurting. After a few days she run again, could not walk.
I did QT for 10 minutes and had to stop, I felt tthat the session was over.
The pain went to 8 to 3, and she called me today saying the pain was gone, zero pain.
QT is amazing

Hi Wilson,

Isn't QT great. My husband told me someone from Brasil wanted to come to our workshop in Virginia Beach and now I know who it is. Look forward to meeting you. I've read many of your posts. See you soon.

Hi Debra,

QT IS great. In your case, it was not only more practical, but certainly less expensive than calling a "toe" truck Big Grin
