Sonja has helped me with 3 significant problems:

1) I have an unstable area in the middle of my spine, which becomes very painful when the vertebrae are out of alignment. When I lived in Vancouver I used to visit a chiropractor regularly, but that is no longer possible
where I live now. I had been in a great deal of pain when I called Sonja. She was able to “telepathically” send the energy my body needed to adjust itself. At my end, the process took about 2 days, and I have not had a relapse of that pain since. Sonja lives in Vancouver, I live on Vancouver Island. Distance is no barrier to the effectiveness of Quantum Touch!

2) Another time I had been working in Vancouver, teaching a one-week (35 hour) workshop. At the end of the week I was totally exhausted and tensed up. This time I met Sonja in person, and within a couple of minutes of sending energy down my back, we both could feel my pelvis shifting over a good inch or so. Instantly the spine realigned itself, and my body relaxed. It was wonderful.

3) The third time Sonja was trying a new technique after taking advanced training. This was another distance treatment. I had had a sore right shoulder, which prevented me from sleeping on my right side. I did not feel any improvement immediately, instead temporarily developed a light dry cough. However, after a couple of days, I noticed that the pain had totally disappeared, and so had the cough. Sonja explained that this treatment addressed some underlying emotional issues (I have no idea what they were!), and resolved the symptom that way.

I have used alternative holistic health care for decades, including chiropractic, homeopathy, acupuncture, herbalism and others. I have never experienced anything as effective and non-invasive as Quantum-Touch. Very significantly, it is not necessary for me to travel to Vancouver, this can all be done via distance energy transmission.
