I've been meaning to post this for a while, as I have noticed many positive side effects of doing Quantum Touch. I have played the flute for most of my life. Several years ago I was studying intensely and had reached a very satisfying place of accomplishment (for me). Then life accelerated and I gave up my studies and packed the flute away. This past October, I made a visit to my family and decided to take my flute along. My father plays blues harmonica and his friend plays guitar. Practically every night they get together for a little jam and I joined them. After over a year of not one note, I began to play, and the tone coming out of my instrument was unbelievable! I would say that it was as though I never quit playing. Even better than that, I was improvising (something I've never done very easily)! My ear for notes was much improved and it all came very easily and joyfully. Even my father, who doesn't give out compliments easily, had to remark at how good of a musician I had become. I owe it all to QT, because that's the only practicing I had done.

My guess is that it has something to do with moving into greater allowing, and letting go of attachment to the outcome. Just as with the practice of QT, music (especially the improv) requires that you "enter the flow." That's probably good advice for living life too.
