If any of you have ever been in an airplane you know the pressure that can build up in your ears. I was having trouble getting rid of it until I remembered to run energy. I bunched my fingers together and placed them over the ear canal and ran energy and in minutes the pressure seemed to melt away.
Don't laugh but it also worked on an odd pimple that was a hard bump that would go away. Now it is perfectly flat and gone. Sometimes it's the lttle things that amaze you the most.
