Five years ago I suffered a major lower back injury (herniated disc). It was the most pain I have ever experienced in my life. I couldn't bend over to tie my shoes, sneezing would result in me lying on the floor in agony, and I developed prostatitis as a result of the chronic muscular tension in my pelvis. I suffered daily for a few years and my enjoyment of life plummeted. My daily existence was basically miserable. I found out about Core Transformation a few years ago and decided to give it a shot since nothing else had worked for me.

When I showed up to the Core class I was not in good shape. My lower back was like an ice block, I could hardly bend over at all. Being in pain had become normal. The class changed my life. The Core techniques are awesome and work very well. After the class I felt real relief for the first time in a long time. I also felt more like myself. I had some "spiritual" experiences during the class that validated that I was on the right path. I worked with the Core I techniques for a couple of years with pretty good success, but I was still not able to get to the root of it all. Along came Core II and that is what allowed me to really get into the heart of the matter. I learned the Core II work from the DVDs. I treated myself for about 20 or more foods that I was allergic to that I ate regularly. I also had a plethora of emotions trapped in my injury. I used many different tools for the emotional aspect (Core II, The Emotion Code, The Busting Loose Process, TAT). I also started practicing the Standing on a Stake form of Qigong for 25 minutes a day.

To sum it all up today I rarely experience any pain, I can bend over and touch my toes, and my prostate is fine. Best of all I have a renewed love for life and feel better on every level.

It took a lot of courage and perseverance for me to have my break through. I never gave up on myself though. I realize that healing really is a life long process and I have grown to love it. I also know that my injury was actually a blessing in disguise because it has been a great teacher.

Thank you Alain for teaching me the art of being and for reminding me that life is magical.

Thanks for reading.

Wow Transistor, what a wonderful healer you are and I really admire your perseverance. So many folks would have given up and sat on the pity pot.

You have come a long way and I imagine grown a great deal from the experience.
Congratulations. Big Grin
