A few days ago, my wife began feeling some pain in both legs and two days ago her pain was getting really bad. I asked her to rate it on a 0-10 scale. Her answer was 11. She believed she could not get any sleep at night.

I put my hands where she felt it was good and I began breathing consciously using the 4-4 breathing pattern and some fire breathing, while keeping my hands on her hips. I kept my right hand on her for about 15 minutes and then I removed it. I decided to keep my left hand on her for some more time (don't ask me why: I don't know).
At the end I asked her to tell me what happened.

Her pain moved for a while to the front of her body and then began decreasing. The pain in her right leg was the first to decrease. Her final rate was 1 for the right and 2 for the left leg. She had no problem in falling asleep.

The following day (yesterday) she still had a mild pain (rated 1) on both legs, and today her rating is zero for both legs.
