As my son left this evening to go mountain biking with the bike club I said don't hit anything. Well.....as soon as he came home, he said he had hit his hand hard against a tree and his elbow was really hurting. I rubbed my hands in glee and said I can work on you. he gave me a funny look.

I just took the Supercharging class this past weekend and well.. I have itchy hands to try it all out on willing people ..... I must say I am impressed with my first attempt. In five minutes we were done. I started on the elbow, we moved a few places, a couple of places on the wrist and boom,finished. When I first started running the amped energy he said he felt it was stronger energy then what I had done before and his feedback was that it moved the bones quicker and in a smoother fashion than he has experienced previously. Granted he is very conscious and aware of his body and what happens with energy and is very open to energy work so he is a good healer. Anyway it boosted my confidence.

I just put it out to the Universe I am ready for more practice so we will see who else shows up. Tee hee.
