I have to tell you this, its so wonderful and am still in total awe of what QT can do.
Last week a girl of about 25 years came to the QT center where I work once a week. She looked very bewildered, nervous and panicky.
What struck me most was her eyes, they were very restless and wide. She told me she suffered from fobia's like nor daring to go in a train etc.

I resonated with her condition for I have been there too and it is such a devestating condition to be in, heart palpitations, sweating, shaking the lot and impossible to have a normal life.

I started QT at her stomach area and than her kidneys and adrenals both sides one by one and her head and chest area.Here and there we had a little talk in between and during the QT session.

NOW HERE IT COMES......... yesterday I was again at the centre a girl walks in and somewhere she looked familiar but could not pin point it. I started QT and she looked a bit like, say you know me do'nt you......and than it came to me she was the same girl from the week before but TOTALLY transformed. I had not recognised her, could be me ofcourse age maybe ???? NO WAY JOSẾ !
She told me that she had not had any pannick attacks the whole week she was a bit worried that it would return so I told her just enjoy and relax in what is now, this is you now.
