Over Easter, my son Stephen had come home for a visit and decided to play the final hockey no-hit game of the season with his father and younger brother. During the game, he fell heavily on the ice, dislocating the same shoulder injured years ago while snowboarding. The worry was that he might need surgery again.

While waiting in Emergency, my other son comes in with a wad of bloody paper toweling in his mouth. It seems that Patrick got a stick in the mouth just moments after his brother left the game. I sat him down in the waiting room and started running energy until the bleeding stop. Luckily his teeth were okay but he did receive four stitches.

When they wheeled Stephen back into Recovery, I immediately started QT on his shoulder, continuing after we got home and again the next morning. So, today after his final physio session, they told him that surgery won’t be necessary for his shoulder. What a relief.

Last Thursday, our photo tech while cutting matte board, accidentally cut her finger. The cut was so deep that she cut the tip almost all the way through. It was bleeding quite badly but she managed to bandage it up using the cut part covering the wound hoping that it might reattach itself. When I saw her the next morning, she said it was still throbbing, very painful to touch and of course, the cut part didn’t reattached like she had hoped. I sandwiched her finger and ran energy into it for about 15 minutes. While I was working, she felt this energy going around her finger and the throbbing stopped. After I finished, she was able to touch her finger and the pain was gone. On Monday, I checked in with her and she was absolutely amazed. It seems that the pain never return but also the cut part had reattached itself and had changed from white to pink.
I love QT!

Love & light,
Lena
