I had gone to 2 day course.However I was not very familiar with the area.During the lunch break I decided to use the the rest room on the first floor instead of using the one on the third which was where my course was being conduted as there was only one cubicle. the toilet sign I missed a step & fell on my face injuring my upper lip. one of the workers helped me up & I slowly made my way to the rest room.I tried to stop the bleeding by pressing a tissue to the wound on my upper lip.I noticrd a lot of blood coming out as I was rising my mouth.I got a shock when I discovered that all my teeth on my upper jaw were covered with blood.I then decided to try qt.The bleeding stopped in 2 minutes!During the rest of my course I could feel a small hole on the inside of my upper lip but I did not have any more bleeding.The swelling on my upper lip took about 3 days to subside.

Karen, that is totally cool! I know you were scared! Lucky thing you thought of QT right away. Isn't it great not to have to rummage through your purse to find something? Just use your hands, and just your mind if your hands aren't free!
