A friend was obviously in pain several days back. She had seemed a little hesitant any time I mentioned QT so I didn't offer. But that day, she finally said, "Will you do your thing on my shoulder?" I did about 5 minutes of Basic but then we got interrupted. As she left my office, I held intention for her to be pain free and later sent about 5 - 10 more minutes distance. After that, I forgot about it. I got this email this morning.

"Hi Karen,
I took a LATE nap and just got up in time to go to bed, but I realized in my nap, that I had meant to ask you but never had.... have you been healing me from afar?? 'Cause my shoulder and arm has not hurt (that I can remember), since the last time I was in your office when you noticed I was in pain and so uncomfortable. I didn't think about it for several days (or weeks) but when I did, I felt LED to think about you when I realized I wasn't suffering any more! (May or may not be relevant.) Just so you know, this has not been a little thing! I have suffered MANY years with what I consider "close" to severe pain!!
When I realized I hadn't been in that pain for awhile. I was surprised!!
AND THANKFUL!!
Just wanted you to know."

whoohoo good job.

It sounds strange that you can be in such pain and then not even notice when it's gone till later. But I've had the same thing happen myself. Either it's gradual till we don't notice, or more likely our body's are so happy to be better again we don't think about the pain.
