i've been a runner for a good first three years of the last five. i used to run on concrete floor by the sea. there was no beach as it was reclaimed land, this is the marine drive in bombay, india. after running for three years or so, my left knee gave way. i had known this would happen all along, but continued as i loved running by the sea there. i would run anywhere between 5-8 km daily, until this one day when i couldn't go on for more than 30 seconds. running stopped. weight gained. i'm heavy now.

but then i taught myself QT from the basic video workshop n' richard's book...

i would feel the tension even when i walked or climbed up the stairs. and one day i was just sitting and i thought why not try it on the knee... i did a fifteen minute session, i could feel the churning sensations inside my knee, i knew something was happening... after the session, i could feel a spherical field of energy for quite sometime. from that moment on, my knee is 100% fine, there is no tension or pain. i can run again, and i'm certain in a month or so, ill be back to being my good old sexy self.

thank you bob, richard, everyone.... that moment was one of god-state.

Well the best way to go about that is to post on the 'Healing Request' forum.
Be brave - just do it. So often those in QT are givers and don't feel we want to bother anyone else with our concerns by asking for energy. But people care and will respond.
I'll start with a mini-session right now.

yea, isn't running the best thing on earth... and it's leaves behind this feeling of this super vibration... Smiler

i remember a time earlier when i was a regular runner.. after a while (say, 20 minutes) i would reach a point which i called 'free stamina point'. once i reached that, i could run for the next hour at the same speed without any discomfort. it was pretty much the same as when we bring up the vibration in QT, and initially it requires some focus, but after a point when the vibration is high enough, we can just keep it there without much effort on our part.

it was amazing...

That be the runner's high? Wink I get that too, and movement becomes so fluid, it's awesome. That was before I learnt QT, so I didn't know much about energy and all, just loved feeling like supergirl and 'flying' past people and stuff hahaha Razzer

yup, i think runner's high must be the right term for it..

hey i read your blog, the first entry about the ball of energy while running, i think i'll try that out one of these days.
