After suffering all week with lower GI symptoms I was looking forward to the QT group practice at Patricia Wagners home.
Mentioned the GI symptoms as well as the usual neck and shoulder tension and recieved energy from 5 or 6 colleauges. I immediately started feeling heat from my feet to my shoulders and everywhere hands were placed and after 15 minutes and people took there hands away I remember feeling the heat in my abdomen continue over the next hour or so.
The intestinal distress hasn't given me any problems since.
