Don't second guess the energy or what it can do. So many times people don't return for more sessions because they didn't notice any difference. Here's an example of long term healing after one session:

My dad fell and broke his knee cap during a very stressful time in his life, during a two year period when he was very unhappy and feeling awful, thinking he was ready to die. I met him at he hospital to help him prepare for the knee surgery and was alarmed that his skin was so gray. I sat with him before the surgery, all the while running energy for him. He didn't know I was doing that, he just thought I was being supportive with my touch. Anyway, the surgery went great, he was all healed up and walking in just a few days. But get this, I saw him six months later and his color was back, he was feeling great and he laughed that he guessed he wasn't ready to die after all. Did he notice the daily changes that got him there? Hardly! The best part is, that was several years ago and he's still going strong, looking and feeling really good most days!

What does the absence of pain feel like and when do you notice it? Fun stuff!
