My son was in a car accident yesterday and as a result had a very sore neck and back and shoulders. He asked me to do QT on him which I did for 45 minutes, working on his neck and back and hips and shoulders. His muscles were a little sore today but he felt much better and went cross country skiing today. I just learned QT a few months ago and have really been impressed with the results.

There were many angels at work too! I am very thankful I only had sore muscles to work on, but I know just running the energy helped me too and it helped to calm the both of us. I did it about the time the adrenalin wore off for both of us and it was definitely a very relaxing thing to do. My son said he was so tired but was energized afterwards. I was worried about his state of mind but he seemed Ok with it today and didn't dwell on it.I actually slept last night where as before something like this would have kept me buzzing all night.

I really appreciate this technique. I do others but this one is really special.

QT is good for all kinds of healing. It's nice that you son accepts this. My daughter will let me do QT on her whenever she feels desperate. She's coming around lately. Have fun!!

We had another go around today with the QT. Things are sorting themselves out. There were quite a few bones out of place today in the neck and his back and he had pain in the lower part of his upper back. When I finished after an hour he had a huge crack down his spine and said that everything felt much better.

I am getting really interested in the distant healing and have done a bit this past week. I have also been combining it with Reiki and healing touch. I love being able to work without lugging my massage table around.

My one son is very energy conscious and would do very well at healing I think as he is quite intuitive. when I was first learning energy work he let me practice on him but now he is more picky. He does like the QT I think because he can't last long on a table. My other son calls it voodoo.

At least your daughter will let you work on her when she knows she really could use it.

I have signed up for the Supercharging course in
June here in Alberta. Couldn't pass it up when it is this close to home! I am looking forward to it. By then I anticipate having had much practice with the regular technique and be ready for more advanced work.

Been reading through all the old newsletters to get more ideas of the ways people have used QT and am going to frequent the message and healing board more often. What a wonderful thing to have available for sharing and getting the word out.

Yup, it is special and I feel blessed to be a part of this group and to be learning to use QT. Been using lots of the techniques and feeling more confident with them. It has gotten much easier to get a few things going at once such as spinning Chakras and and vortexing at the same time as well as sending love or being little me,or what ever. I don't have to concsciuously think about it too much any more.

Also, thanks Alfred for all the hints and nudges for me to learn this technique. So glad I took your hints. Now I am like you were and am nudging a few people! It rocks in its simplicity and ease of use.
