Ok this is really incredible, and personal hehe.

Ever since I was 14 I've had very irregular periods. Usually every 3-4 months or so, sometimes up to 5 months. I would have incredible pain and suffer from vomiting and diareah fromt he pain.

About 2 years ago I went to Dr. Woo, who does QiGong, and got some tea. It took the pain away, which that alone was amazing to me. I only took the tea for about 6 months in total, but noticed within 2 weeks, the lessoning of pain.

Anyway I've had pain free periods for 3 years now. YAY!!! But still very irregular. I've have an average of 65 days for my cycle. (I use an online website to track everything.) Well hubby and I have been trying to get pregnant for the past year and half but only had 4 cycles last year.

Well I brought this up in chat in Jan. Everyone was very helpful and sensed a problem in my womb area, with energy being diverted to my kidneys. Anyways. Last month I was only a week later then a normal period 35 days.

Today I think I'm starting again, it's exactly my 35'th day again. I'm really blown away and want to thank everyone for their help. With a more normal cycle I can track my ovulation much better.

Although right now I'm hoping I'm just doing some light spotting hehehe, *crosses fingers*

I have just started Red Raspberry leaf tablets which are supposed to be fantastic for cycle regulation and for creating a healthy lining for the baby in the uterus, and they have helped with the cramping too.

umm there's no name for it. The QiGong guy wrote down a bunch of stuff in Chinese. and then the lady went in this room that's wall to wall herbs and sticks and stuff, and she puts all this nasty stuff in these brown paper bags. Then I had to brew it up each day for an hour, and then drink the nastiest stuff I've ever smelled or drank!!!

You'll have to find someone like that in your area.
