You know what I thought, Jocelyn - if I had 1000 marbles, I wouldn't want to throw them away - I hate waste! which is why my room is a bit cluttered and I can't get myself to throw anything away. Give it away, yes, that's fine!

But the idea of valuing our time with our families is of course a good one and something we can remind ourselves to do anyway - enjoy being with people and appreciating them, not just sharing a house and the everyday stuff!

If there's a message there it's to love and spend time and attention on your family now, today - why even wait until Saturday?

Just came back from a 5 day Hosptial Intensive doing massage at a hosptial in Toledo, OH...it was empowering and humbling at the same time. I had the opportunity to work with a variety of patients (mostly cancer patients) and I do believe that I got back far more than I gave...Combining massage with Reiki, Healing Touch and QT I was witness to the power of caring, compassionate touch and while I touched bodies...my soul was touched...

....now it is time to build that door!
