The other day I had a new patient come in requesting Quantum Touch. One of her complaints was that her spine was "crooked as a dog's leg". (I thought that description was great!) She had been to a chiropractor who x-rayed it, and told her he couldn't fix it. I began by checking the level of her occiput and hips, which unsurprisingly, were both out. The occiput had uneven depths, and the hips were unlevel both horizontally and depth-wise in front. I ran the energy until those were fixed, then went down the spine. One of her first comments was that she could breathe much more deeply into her lungs. (Another complaint was chronic bronchitis.) Then I had her lie face-up on my table while I addressed some other issues.

After that I turned on my vibro-acoustic therapy (music played through the table under her) and did Quantum Touch at her shoulders. I was mostly thinking about the flow of energy through her body. Several times she exclaimed as her spine went POP in several places.

When we were done and I had her walk out to the water cooler in the lobby (the walking would help her body integrate the changes, and the water would help flush any toxins released), she said she felt a couple of inches taller!

I do Vibro-acoustic therapy with a Somatron mat which is on top of my treatment table. It has special speakers / sub-woofers built into it. They're used in some hospitals for pain and anxiety, for patients while receiving chemotherapy, etc. They've also found it helpful for autism. Plus, supposedly NASA is looking into it to prevent osteoporosis in space--the vibration through the bones has a similar effect to weight-bearing exercise. Their website is www.somatron.com . (The price isn't cheap--it's definitely an investment.)

I found out about it from and bought it through a student at one of our workshops in Florida- Rebecca Clemments, www.TheSoundHealer.com . When I tried it out I felt that it carried me away and just erased any resistance I had me to being worked on, letting the work go deeper and faster.

Glad y'all asked that. My fingers were already getting ready to type and ask how, why, where !!

My spine can be described that way too. (I added the "hind" since this was one of my dad's favorite expressions). Am looking forward to learning QT therapy and being cured of this debilitating affliction. I hope to stop by your office to just say "hi" when we start back to Washington.

Working on this patient again a week later--had to level her hips again. She said her coughing from chronic bronchitis (she's a smoker) had lessened. Periodically throughout the session a rib on her chest kept popping, at the connection to the breastbone.

Later I was working on her sinus area, using mainly the Core Transformation techniques, just holding and "wombing" the area. Her head started slowly turning to the side. She asked if I was turning her head, but I wasn't!. It turned to that side and back to center a couple of times, then went to the other side and back. Then it felt (both to me and to her) like her head was expanding. My fingers felt like they were spreading farther apart, but as I looked at them, they weren't. When we were all done she said her head felt lighter, more open.

Hooray for Craniosacral QT! Sounds like the cranium was expanding and reorienting itself to accomodate the changes in the spine. Just incredible!
