hello lovely people,
I've been 'off air' for a while, working on a show in the UK. Whilst working I got a big bamboo splinter deep down inside the side of my thumbnail. My husband Ben ran energy into the affected area and he got what seemed like most of it out. Later on it began to throb and I suspected that there was more to come...
Next morning it was still very sore and red, so I started to run energy into it again, almost absent mindedly, as we were rehearsing. After a while I looked at my thumb and the rest of the splinter had started to come out all on its own and a piece about 5mm long was sticking out of my thumb! The rest of it came out easily and painlessly without any squeezing or digging around, and I had no more trouble. I have had bamboo splinters before and they usually get infected and hurt for ages before they heal. Not this time! Great!!
love to all
Nx

Hello dear Nicola,
I am glad you worked on the problem and got rid of it in quite a short time. For a 5mm splinter to stick out of your thumb proves the tremendous boost of energy that your body/finger received, and so to be able to expel the foreign body. I know a splinter is not a big thing, but QT did the marvel even at this level. I believ we can try QT with anything and we will be amazed.
I am happy you wrote of your experience with QT.
And also, GOOD LUCK with the show in the UK! Smiler
