I went to my daughters baby shower this last week end. They have an old dog they call Herc short for Hercules and he's old as dirt and just as crippled. he saw me coming up the drive and waited for me to get out of the car and he walked me to the house with that old wearry tail just a wagging and those old bones a creeking. BillyRose told me that Brian needes to go have Herc put down he cant hardly move anymore. I said you know they have artheritis pills for dogs that really work. I sell them through the company i work with.

I went outside later to take a break and here came hurc he sat down in front of me begging me to work on his wearry body. I layed my hands on him and he didnt know where to hold still first for.

once he decided it was his hips he needed the most work on first. I settled in on his hips, then he collapsed on the floor and rolled over for his tummy, then he stuck his foot out, then he got up and had me do his back. when I finished he sat in front of me looking into my eyes and lifted his upper lip into a big broad grin showing his front teeth. I worked on him off and on though out the 2 days befor the baby shower.

The day of the baby shower there were several kids along with my son having a water fight and old hurc was right in the middle of it all. my 2yr old grandaughter would spray him with the hose and he just lapped it up grinning the whole time, and she would laugh so deep with the joy of the dog enjoying the water she sprayed at him. he sure had a big spring in his step and was acting just like a dog much younger.

and every chance he had he would come over and thank me for such a wonderful gift, to beable to play with the kids again. It just warmed my heart so much to see his joy and then being so greatful for the energy work.

I'm laughing and crying at the same time. You do have a way with words, what a great storyteller you are! I can feel old Herc's happiness when I read your words....it all comes alive! Thanks.

Update on Herc,

Thursday July 19, I was bound back thru Cheyenne to pick up BillyRose to head to Denver to my daughter Alishas eye Dr. to see if he can do surgury, and for my daughter inlaws baby shower on saturday.

As I drove up the driveway again here came Herc and his mischievious counter part Merlin the young wippersnapper. They were swinging their toungs and tails all at the same time. Ol Herc was still quite youthful looking keeping up with his young counterpart Merlin and just a grinning from our last session. His hips were still freed up, and he was not dragging his hind legs, he was prancing a high step on all fours.

While waiting for BillyRose I did a quick 5 min session for Herc and he gave me that toothy grin of his, and bowed his head for me to give him a kiss on the top, beings I wont let him lick me in the face.

We made it to the eye appointment for alisha 1/2 hour late due to Denver trafic and my iron grip on the wheel.

The rest of the week was quite busy I didnt get to work on my daughter in laws chakras as I intended. she was busy with a 2 yr old and one on the way. she did teach me the secret italian sause recipes of her family. and they were good. all in all it was quite fruitful.
