I recently attended a meeting where I met a friend whom I had helped prevent an oncoming migrane headache. She had been rowing a dory(small rowboat)in rough seas and hauling lobster traps (heavy work) She complained of severe paine, loss of motion and muscle spasm. Everyone at the meeting heard and opverved her demonstration of very limithe range of mmotion. I gaave her about two minuts of Reike to get my energy really flowing and then ran energy for not more than five minuts total. She tried a testing range of motion and to everyones amazement, especially mine. she had complete range of motion without pain. This is the first time this groupe of older lobsternen had ever seen such a thing.There is now some interest in a class in this "stuff" I do. This was my first public demonstration and what a success.
