Well we were at a health fair today and I was doing reiki/QT (really just QT but I cant call it that yet...) I just wanted to post some results, nothing most of you havent seen before I'm sure but I thought it was cool! here it go's!

Doris: right shoulder and arm pain before session 8-9 after session 1.
5-minute session.

Mark: neck before 9 after 3, lower back before 7 after 4, shoulder before 5 after 3. 30-minute session.

Mary Ann: left leg before 9 after 1. 10-minute session.

Debbie: arthritis pain, wrist before 5 after 1, hands before 4 after 2.
10-minute session.

Nadine: neck/shoulder before 3 after 1 comment: Great! 10-minute session.

Jennifer: pain from blood clot in leg before 7 after 1. 10-minute session.

Juilee: neck before 8 after 2, back before 5 after 2, stomach before 8 after 3. 10-minute session.

Lauren: low back before 7 after 1, shoulders before 6 after 1.
10-minute session.

Connie: neck before 3 after 1. 10-minute session.

Good work Matt! Pity people don't know it's QT you're doing, though - do you mention it at all? I think people need to know and in my experience everyone I've told about QT is very receptive and the results speak for themselves! IN fact, although Reiki is more widely known, I find Qt is easier to explain and more 'normal' - life-force and breathing are not too controversial I don't think!

Hi Matt, ah, yes, I see! You seem to be doing very well - you'll soon have your 60 hours to become a practitioner (I'm just about there now after 6 months!)

That was great work. Fact is you have also made recording neat and easy to follow. Sometimes I dont even remember to keep the details because of the time and place healing has to take place. Many come up sudden and when one is not prepared with pen and paper to record. I think I will copy you in keeping the discipline of measuring and recordings otherwise one will have recorded 60hrs without realising it.Guess many are in same boat or am I alone here? Thanks once again and keep up the great job.

I only tracked about 5 sessions and then stopped doing it, mostly because I didn't think about it until I was done and by then the person was already out the door. Its kind of hard to recall the level of pain you had when it no longer exists. Probably would have had 40 or more hours by now. Ah well, it's never too late to start keeping track. I need the practice anyway.

i found its easy to just have them rate the pain, I made up something like the QT one, before and after the session, its fresh in their minds and that way I have a record.. the real reason I decided to do it is b/c I started a back pain relief program that garnteed at least some result and I wantend a hard copy so there was no argument.
