Hello, All.
A few weeks ago a friend came over for a game of cards and complained about a sharp pain under her shoulder blades. As there were two of us QTers present, we immediately offered succour, and ran energy both together and separately for about half an hour or so. The next day our friend called to say that the pain moved to her lungs and she was going to a doctor. The next bit of news was that she had shingles. Now I've known several people who've had shingles, and the general consensus was that it totally knocks you off your feet. People are in such pain that they can barely stand having their clothes touch their body. Our friend, however, pretty much kept up with her daily routine throughout the course of the shingles, not even missing her regular hockey games (she's a goalie)! She still complains of tiredness, but the course of the disease seems to have been much milder than it was in other cases I've heard of. Was it QT that made the difference I wonder? Cheers, Judith |

I'm sure the QT did help. My mum had shingles before xmas, I gave her QT and she also recovered in super quick time, her only complaint was that she was in pain around 4am in the morning - why couldn't the QT last all the way through the night!
Also one of the new UK instructors got shingles a few weeks ago - she was booked to go on the Hawaii retreat and worried she would be too ill to go - course she worked on herself and had distant QT and is now enjoying the sunshine (instead of the snow we are experiencing in the UK at the mo!) Di |

The 2nd OT healing I did was on a 95 y.o. woman with shingles on her upper leg. I cupped it for 25 mins but little energy seemed to flow. Then I held her toes and there was a rush of energy for about 4 mins. The pain and itch dissapeared and the blotches lost their red colour and went down to less than quarter size.
