So I read the book in 1 day and I just could not wait to try all the new stuff I learned. I have been learning qigong for a couple months so I could already feel the life force ( chi ) or whatever you may call it. I dove right into QT with love and excitement. So anyways that night I asked my husband are you hurting anywhere? He had cut his finger and his back hurt. So I went to work. This was my first session. I relaxed gathered myself did some warmup's.. (toning and vortexing)
I cuped his finger lightly and tried my hardest to feel the life force. This was a bit hard and he was laughing a bit so I decided to work on his back. I had him lay down again did my warm ups. I totaly relaxed laying my head by his side. I asked him to tell me if the pain moved or what sensations might he have.. He soon told me it was in in his shoulder. I moved up and sandwitched the shoulder he said was hurting now. after a munite or two I sandwitched the other shoulder just to keep balance. I was done with my first session after only about 8 munites. I was amazedthat his back was feeling better. I had I hard time beliveing I could have done this right.
So I went to my bestfriends house the next day ( yesterday). She was laying on the couch lazy as always and complaining of a head ach. She is so skeptic and laughs about most the stuff I tell her. I swept her legs. and had her turn over on the couch with her head rested upon a pillow. I gathered myself. placed my thumbs lightly on that spot on the back of her neck and my finger tips lightly on her head. All the long remembering to do the breathing. this session was only for about 5 munites. but after I got up because her baby had awoke on the monitor ,she turned over and said " woh dude your magic" She got up said her head ach was alot better and started cleaning withch she never does., 20 munites later her head ach was all better. I still can barely belive it but its there. True story.

Hi Mrs. D---This is amazing stuff! I've been using QT for about four months now and I get amazing results just like you have. Most of my sessions are for just a few minutes, like for a headache or a back ache, but last week I had a client take a fall in the parking lot, and land on her tail bone, the pain was making her cry, I work with people with serious mental illnesses, and am not supposed to ever touch them, especially women, but under the guise if doing first aid (acceptable), I ran energy into her tailbone, for about 5 minutes. Soon she was laughing and got up saying that she didn't hurt but was really embarrassed about the whole thing. The next day, she said she had some bruises but that she still felt ok. Another guy, that I was giving a haircut to said that he had a headache, so when I finished the haircut, as I was already touching him, I just ran some enrgy into the base of his skull, like realigning the bones in the skull, for about 15 seconds. He stood up smiling and turned his head to face me, and said that all of a sudden that his headache was gone that he had for a week, and that he could move his head without turning his whole body, as all the stiffness had gone out of his neck and shoulders. I had to swear him to secrecy, so I wouldn't lose my job But, these are just a couple of examples of the results that I have been getting. Good stuff, this QT. Taku John

At my first session, I ran energy to my knee that had fluid on it. I had been skeptical since everyone seemed to feel energy except me. I did feel a bit when I triied with the thumb and two fingers, so I ran energy to the knee. In a few minutes, the fluid was gone. We were all amazed. It has been about a month now, and the fluid returned once. I ran energy again and it disappeared. Some of the pain is still in the knee, but the fluid is gone.
