I'm glad you noticed a difference. It would be a great idea for you to learn QT yourself so you can help yourself every day, in addition to finding a practitioner to work with on a regular basis. Of course, this should be above and beyond (rather than instead) of the professional mental health care required for this condition

I am bipolar too. When I joined QuantumTouch, I had no thought of any kind of relief or (gasp) cure.there wasn't even a medicine avilable to me as I have so many allergies too.

I began learning that I can let the energy run through me, giving as much as I can to the client in front of me, whether I feel like Jekyll or Hyde. Made no difference to the energy, and I tried HARD to conceal my condition from my client so that client wouldn't begin to believe it was going to be bipolar too, just from the energy.

That was not what happened at all.After running it for about a year, I noticed that I felt better after a good client energy session!

Then a miracle! A med was marketed that I could use!!! It wasn't perfect, but then neither was I.

Now I run the energy, take the meds and except for the lil thing, like shaving my palms once a week, I am all but normal, and the horrible suicidal urges are mostly gone. When they DO occur, I go find something that hurts and run on it. No longer have to start plotting my own end.

You have thought of suicide often. I am a failed suicide.

Here is my number. I am a fantastic listener, as I can hear between the lines, and at times that is so useful.

I thought I lost you, but now I see that you attracted people who cares. I also think you should learn QT . As you know QT is available to everyone, easy to learn , not expensive (order Richard Gordon´s wonderful book, of course there is no language problem) and have "full support" for a life time

hi alfred,
i would like you to send me on more details about tom wynn, the healer hear in ireland that you metioned, and any other relivent details .
my condition has got worse in the last couple of days, i am full of guilt and in some ways iam despairing and giving up hope of being helped .
i know this is not the case and i do self help cognitive therapy which helps . i wish i could and hope to get more in the area of mental health, i feel i would be good in that field as i understand what its like to have a severe mental illnes .
i know there is a way out, but i was so troubled i thought of suciade, i was thinking in my mind of writing a suciade note .
i would never do it, i would go in to hospital if i felt there was no way out, which of course ther is, thank god i have such an insite in to my condition, otherwise i might see no way out and end my life .

I thought I'd respond simply because I too have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. However, I'm at a place where I believe I am cured, though I do take medication which keeps me stable mentally. However, emotionally the medication has done nothing for me. What has cured me of my depression, anxiety, and other emotional problems has been a combination of several things, all involving energy work. Quantum touch has been the most recent of my findings of energy techniques, but along the path was something called EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, which was my first ecounter with energy based therapies and is great for emotional problems. It has helped me alot. If you're interested, I would suggest going to the website, www.emofree.com, and learn it yourself or find a practitioner in your area.

finally i spoke by telephone to zeneagle, a wonderful lady who has batteled with our conditition for many years, she told me i will get well, she is a physic and her impression of the type of person i am was pretty accurate .
i was advised to get the qt book and get practicing myself and that i intend to do .

I have been too long in pain and misery, just like yours, to give false hope to anyone, including you and me.

GET THE QT BOOK AND START WORK!

If nothing else, try running energy on your animals, they hurt when you hurt too.

Have you noticed that when you are in the depression end of the misery cycle that the milk cows dont give as much milk? Or that they have gone after the wild onions onthe back of your farm again? Anything to express their total misery when you are miserable.They also know when you are "normal" or "happy": Notice the milk output, and the cream content of that milk. You will SEE the difference and you will see the impact you make on all who know and love you in spite of your feelings.

You love your animals. They know it.
If you can't get started because at the moment you feel you are not worth the effort (oh yeah, been there too) do it for them. You have not noticed it yet, but your dog has a very sore front (right, I think) paw.

Take care of him with Quantum Touch, thus learning that you can do it.
As I said in our phone calls, just do it.
And as i also said, when you get so far down it looks like up to you, call me.
I don't care what time of day or night it is, call me. If you are out of money at that moment, call collect.

Joseph, you have read all of my posts. You told me so. If that is so, you know I found a way out that didn't include suicide.

Please, call or write. I truly want to know how you are faring.
