The toilet was full of blood. Mom had accidentally walked in the bathroom while Dad was urinating. That's how she found out.
It had been going on for six weeks and he was in excrutiating pain. But Dad didn't want anything to do with doctors, or hospitals, or tests; he wanted to die at home.
I had learned Quantum-Touch the week earlier at Richard's workshop and I didn't know if it would help, but I grabbed the book and headed south, from Colorada Springs to Deming, New Mexico. During the ten-hour drive, I occasionally ran energy and instead of getting out of the car stiff and achey, I arrived feeling limber and refreshed and ready to go to work.
I explained Quantum-Touch to my parents and said that it might not do anything, but could I give it a try? Dad looked through the book and said, "Sure son."
I ran energy on him for 45 minutes when Dad stopped me. "Son," he said, "the pain has been so bad that I haven't slept for the past two weeks. I'm out of pain now and feel like I could sleep. Could we finish this in the morning?" And so we turned in for the night.
Vigorous shaking from my Dad woke me up. "Son! Son!". "What Dad? What's wrong?" My eyes then focused on my Pappy beaming down at me. "Not a thing son. I slept through the night. I have no pain, and I'm not peeing blood anymore."
I stayed on a few more days and ran energy on him a couple more times, just to "make sure".
That was in 2001. Dad turned 84 last September and the condition never came back. To me, that alone was worth the price of tuition many times over.

Great story! I have definitely found often better results when I start out saying 'this might not do anything', it helps to stop me being in a place where i am trying too hard and wanting too much for it to work.
