when i was 18 i was told i have a rather bad heart murmur, basically what my heart was doing (the heart has 2 main vessels in it, one flowing up the other down, these vessels have valves that open and close, while the one is open, the other should be closed) in my case, while the one is open, the other does not close fully, allowing the blood to backtrack, which i was told can lead to a heart attack. it also lead to problems of extreme low blood pressure at times, causing me to very almost pass out from the lack of blood to my brain. things that helped it get worse are things like heat, coffee, any carbonated drink, and many other things. i was also told of my heart gets much worse i would have to have a pacemaker put in, which i refused because it had to be replaced every 5 years, and while that happens my heart would have grown reliant on the pacemaker so if it failed i knew i would then die. when i came across QT a few months ago i decided, ok lets see what i can do to my heart.

well i worked on it every time i worked on another person, and waited patently for the results. now that its summer ive been able to put the test to heart.

so far ive had 2 cups of coffee in the summer heat with the result of only feeling slightly more hot, my heart has not been given me too much hassle in way of pain which it often did.. and still summer is going on and im finding confidence to be able to walk around in the sun, knowing i wont almost pass out.

its not fully fixed yet, but i feel its certainly getting there. i keep working on my heart, and it keeps getting better, i cant wait till im able to go walking around in nature while the sun is up and hot without concerning myself if im going to collapse!!!

It's strange that it was not detected earlier becouse a heart murmur can be heared with an ordinary stethoscope. Did you ever have an echocardiogram? It's a non invasive test of thie heart where it shows the actual bloodflow on a monitor. My son has a non functioning murmur, that is one of the valves makes a noise but its not affecting the bloodflow.
If you had one before, it may be interesting to repeat it in a few years time to see the difference.

I had a heart murmur for over thirty years and had to be pre-medicated to even go to the dentist.
Some couple of years after learning QT it just disappeared!
I never worked on it. And it may have "gone away" even if I hadn't been using Quantum-Touch. We'll never know.
I happen to think you have a wonderful heart but I will send some loving energy to it anyway.

Nicky, it can only be heard with a stethoscope if the person is very ill , since the heart strains itself more during those times,i never did have an echo cardiogram, since i don't go to any doctors easily. and usually refuse all help from them unless i feel absolutely terrible. the doc did tell me that my heart murmur was affecting the blood flow as he could hear the blood backwash. i don't think i need medical equipment to know the amount that my heart has healed, since im able to kind of send my consciouses inside my own body to tell what is happening where. also i know what difference it has made to what im able to do and what i could not do before.

Christina, thankfully i declined all medication they wanted to give me for fear of my body becoming dependant on them to heal, ive always maintained that whatever gets wrong it will resolve itself, now i know i can make the healing go further and faster, and use it often. i believe that while you work on others you heal yourself as well, so it had to get healed it had no choice :P thank you for the further healing being sent it means a great deal, soon my heart will be fixed :P

A simple Jin Shin Jyutsu hold for strengthening the heart involves just holding the little finger in the palm of the other hand. You don't have to 'send' or pay attention, so it's handy for times when you are just hanging around (watching TV, riding a bus, visiting with a friend, etc)
